Seeing the booth consistently filled with people eager to get trained and being able to train them myself alongside other volunteers was incredibly rewarding. I especially value the brief but meaningful connections formed with strangers and the opportunity to hear their stories. Each interaction left a lasting impression and I truly cherish those experiences. Everyone who approached the booth was friendly and genuinely curious to learn. As a teacher, I deeply value these moments of connection and shared learning.",[],null,"end-overdose","2026-04-24",{"_type":101,"asset":102},"image",{"_ref":103,"_type":104},"image-083b96bb3ecd4b2b259cebfb6eac235e27241bda-3024x1494-jpg","reference",{"_type":106,"current":107},"slug","volunteer-of-the-week-val-madrigal","Volunteer of the Week: Val Madrigal",1777486444432]
