About Luxe Recovery
Luxe Recovery is a Joint Commission-accredited and DHCS-licensed behavioral healthcare provider offering Detox, Residential, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Virtual IOP, and
Sober Living services. Specializing in the treatment of substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders, Luxe Recovery is committed to delivering individualized, evidence-based care in a compassionate, supportive environment where every client is treated with dignity and respect.
What motivated Luxe Recovery to support End Overdose's campaign?
At Luxe Recovery, our mission extends beyond treating addiction, we are committed to preventing overdose deaths and ensuring that every person has the opportunity to access compassionate, evidence-based care. Supporting End Overdose aligns with our belief that education, awareness, and access to lifesaving resources are essential in addressing the overdose crisis. We are proud to stand alongside organizations working to save lives and reduce the stigma surrounding substance use disorders.
Why is overdose prevention an issue that matters to your organization? Every overdose death is a reminder that there are still barriers preventing people from receiving the help they need. We work with individuals and families affected by substance use every day, and we understand
that prevention begins with education, early intervention, and accessible treatment. Overdose prevention is not just about responding in a crisis, it's about creating pathways to recovery before it's too late.
How does your approach to care help people feel respected and supported?
We believe recovery begins with dignity. Every individual who walks through our doors is treated with compassion, respect, and without judgment. Our team takes the time to understand each client's unique experiences, goals, and challenges so they feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their
recovery journey.
What does individualized recovery support look like?
No two recovery journeys are the same. We create personalized treatment plans that address each client's physical, emotional, and mental health needs. Through individual therapy, group counseling, family involvement, medication management when appropriate and comprehensive aftercare planning, we help
clients build a strong foundation for lasting recovery.
Why is it important to treat substance use disorder as a health issue?
Substance use disorder is a complex medical condition not a moral failing or lack of willpower. When we approach addiction as a health issue, we reduce stigma, encourage people to seek treatment sooner, and create better outcomes for individuals and families. Compassionate, evidence-based care saves lives.
What can families do to create a safer environment for a loved one?
Families play an important role in recovery. Creating a safe environment starts with open communication, education about addiction, setting healthy boundaries, encouraging treatment, and keeping naloxone readily available in case of an overdose emergency. Supporting a loved one with empathy while also caring for your own well-being can make a meaningful difference.
How can access to naloxone complement treatment and recovery services?
Naloxone is a lifesaving tool that provides people with another opportunity to seek treatment and continue their recovery journey. While naloxone is not a substitute for comprehensive treatment, it is an essential part of a broader public health approach that includes prevention, education, and access to quality addiction treatment.
What message of hope would you share with people affected by substance use?
Recovery is possible, and no one has to face addiction alone. Whether you are struggling yourself or supporting someone you love, there is hope and there are people ready to help. Every step toward recovery matters, and asking for help is one of the strongest decisions a person can make.
