Theo Krzywicki
As the CEO of End Overdose Theo brings firsthand experience and deep personal commitment to the fight against the opioid crisis. Recognizing the power of education and accessibility, he has been the driving force behind End Overdose's mission to ensure that everyone, regardless of their background or profession, has the skills and resources to respond effectively to an overdose.

Leah Schexnayder, BSN, RN, PHN
Leah has dedicated her career to healthcare and community service, working in emergency medicine, acute care, and public health for over seven years. After witnessing the devastating impact of the overdose epidemic both in the field and within her community, she committed herself to expanding access to harm reduction education and lifesaving resources. Prior to co-founding End Overdose, Leah worked as an EMT and phlebotomist before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Concordia University Irvine. Now a registered nurse and public health nurse, she combines her clinical expertise with her passion for prevention to empower communities with the tools and knowledge to save lives.

Katie Krzywicki
After seeing so many people she cared about affected by opioid use, Katie wanted to ensure her community understood the importance of having naloxone readily available, as well as recognizing the signs and symptoms of opioid overdose. Prior to co-founding End Overdose, she was a Global Account Director at Telstra, a Global Fortune 500 company. While at Telstra, Katie was the US Representative for the company's International Gender Diversity Council. Katie's work experiences range from real estate management to non-profit fundraising.
